REFUND
POLICY.
Because mixing and mastering require reserved time and creative work, all sales are generally final.

Except where required by applicable law, payments made to Contrast are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Mixing and mastering services
Payments for mastering, mixing and mastering, and related audio services are non-refundable once work, preparation or scheduling has begun.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund or prorate the current billing period. Unused songs expire at the end of the applicable billing month and do not roll over.
Billing errors and non-delivery
If you believe you were charged more than once or did not receive the purchased service, contact us within seven days so we can review the issue. If Contrast is unable to deliver the purchased service, an appropriate remedy will be provided.
Rights required by law
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Where local law requires a refund, cancellation right or other remedy, that law will apply.
