PRIVACY
POLICY.
This policy explains what personal information Contrast collects, why it is needed and the choices available to you.
Who is responsible for your information
Contrast is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contrast@adreomusic.com.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address and project message. Your artist or project name and music link are optional. Please do not submit passwords, complete payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information.
When you purchase a service, Stripe collects and processes payment and checkout information. Contrast may receive information needed to confirm and provide the service, such as your contact details, purchased service, payment status and transaction reference. Contrast does not receive your complete payment-card number.
Website hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, take steps requested before entering a service agreement, provide purchased services, process and document transactions, maintain security, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and handle disputes.
Depending on the context and applicable law, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with law or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. The contact form is not used to enroll you in marketing emails.
Data minimization
The form requires only a name, email address and project message so we can identify and answer the inquiry. Artist or project name and a music link are optional. We do not request special-category or highly sensitive information through the website. If information is not needed to answer an inquiry or provide a service, please do not submit it.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers only where needed to operate the website and provide services. These include FormSubmit for delivering contact-form submissions, Stripe for checkout and payment processing, and website hosting, security and email providers. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
You can review FormSubmit’s privacy information and Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, courts, regulators or law-enforcement authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on the safeguards offered by the relevant provider or another legally permitted transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records that do not become a customer relationship are generally deleted within 12 months after the last communication. Customer, transaction and service records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service, manage disputes and meet tax, accounting or legal requirements, generally no longer than seven years unless a longer period is required by law.
Third-party providers maintain their own retention schedules. You may request earlier deletion, but we may retain information that must be kept for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
Cookies and tracking
Contrast does not currently add advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools or optional analytics cookies to this website. Hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technologies or maintain server logs to deliver and protect the site. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies on its hosted checkout pages under its own privacy notice.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request.
Send requests to contrast@adreomusic.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children
The website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the page will show the latest revision.
